脾脏囊性占位性病变的CT诊断

目的：探讨脾脏囊性占位性病变的CT表现及其诊断价值。方法：18例腹部平扫检查和增强扫描。结果：回顾性分析经手术病理穿刺活检及临床治疗18例脾脏囊性占位性病变的CT表现，其中脾囊肿10例，脾损伤1例，脾转移瘤4例，脾脓肿2例，脾脏淋巴管瘤1例。结论：CT是诊断脾脏囊性占位性病变的重要手段，能明确肿块范围以及与周围组织的关系及其性质。

The CT diagonosis of cystiform foci in spieen.

Objective: To evaluate the CT feature and diagnosis of cystiform foci in spleen.Methods:The plain CT scan and enhanced CT was used in 18 patients with abdomen unwell.Results: The CT feature of cystiform foci in spleen certified by pathology and clinic follow up:10 splenic cyst,1 splenic injure 4 metastaic tumor of splenic,2 splenic absceses,1 cystic lymphanioma of spleen.Conclusions:CT is an important method to diagnose cystiform foci in spleen and can assure the size of the mass range and relationship around it.
