摘    要:目的:建立以高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定四物合剂中芍药苷和阿魏酸含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为VP-ODSC18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸(12∶88),检测波长分别为230、323nm,柱温为40℃,流速为1mL.min-1。结果:芍药苷和阿魏酸的检测浓度分别在3.75~120.00μg.mL-1(r=0.9998)和1.13~36.25μg.mL-1(r=0.9998)范围内与各自峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系;二者平均回收率分别为99.56%、99.89%,RSD分别为2.22%(n=9)和1.57%(n=9)。结论:本法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于四物合剂的质量控制。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To establish an HPLC method to determine the contents of Paeoniflorin and Ferulic acid in Siwu mixture.METHODS:The seperation of samples was performed on a VP -ODS C18 column with column temperature maintained at 40 ℃ .The mobile phase consisted of acetonetrile-0.05% phosphoric acid(12 : 88) at a flow rate of 1 mL · min^-1, and the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm and 323 nm, respectively.RESULTS:The calibration curves of Paeoniflorin and Ferulic acid were linear over the ranges of 3.75-120.00μg · mL^-1(r = 0.999 8) and 1.13-36.25 μg · mL^-1(r= 0.999 8) respectively.The average recoveries were 99.56% (RSD = 2.22%, n = 9) and 99.89% (RSD = 1.57%, n = 9), respectively. CONCLUSION : The developed method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and it can be used for quality control of Siwu mixture.
