| 摘 要： | 目的观察头针对脑梗死（CI）所致血管性痴呆（VaD）患者“智能”的影响。方法将68例CI所致VaD患者随机分为头针组和西药组进行观察，对比分析治疗前后患者简易智力状态检查（MMSE）、Blesse痴呆量表（BDS）、长谷川痴呆量表（HDS）、日常生活能力量表（ADL）评分的变化。结果61例患者完成观察，治疗后两组患者MMSE、BDS、HDS得分均明显上升，ADL得分明显下降（P〈0．05），但两组治疗前后HDS、ADL、BDS、MMSE量表评分差值比较以及治疗后的总有效率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论头针治疗能在一定程度上改善CI所致VaD患者的临床智能状况。
