46例腭部涎腺肿瘤的临床病理分析及治疗

目的 ]探讨腭部涎腺肿瘤的临床病理类型及治疗方法 .方法 ]对在 1986年 1月～ 2 0 0 1年 11月间住院治疗的 4 6例腭部涎腺肿瘤病人的临床及病理类型、治疗、预后进行分析及总结 .结果 ]肿瘤发生在软腭者 19例 ,硬腭者 11例 ,软硬腭交界处者 16例 ;以良性肿瘤多见 ,为 3 5例 ( 76% ) ,尤其是多形性腺瘤最多 ,为 3 2例 ,恶性肿瘤为 11例 ( 2 4 % ) ;行手术切除治疗 4 1例 ,放射治疗 5例 ;随访 3 8例 ,复发 5例 ,复发率为 13 % .结论 ]腭部涎腺肿瘤治疗以手术切除为主 ,应尽量避免术后复发及并发症的发生

Pathological analysis and treatment for 46 cases of palatine saliva gland tumor

OBJECTIVE?To study the pathological classification and treatment on palatine salivea gland tumor(PSGT).?METHODS?The pathological type, treatment and prognosis were analyzed in 46 cases of the PSGT treated from January, 1986 to November, 2001 in our hospital.?RESULTS?Out of 46 cases of PSGT, 19 cases were occurred at the soft palate, 11 cases at hard palate and 16 cases at common boundary of soft palate and hard palate, and 35 cases (76%) were benign tumor in which 32 cases were pleomorphic adenoma and 11 cases (24%) were malignant tumor. 41 patients were treated by surgical operation and 5 patients were treated with radiotherapy, in which 5 (13%) of 38 cases relapsed after flowing up survey.?CONCLUSION?Surgical operation is the best therapy to treat the PSGT and it is important to avoid relapse after operation and prevent the occurrence of complication.
