海训官兵心理健康调查及医院服务保障对策

目的：了解海训官兵不同人员和不同训练阶段的心理健康状况。探讨医院应如何保障海训官兵的心理健康。方法；应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)，通过问卷调查方法对843名海训官兵进行测试。结果：海训官兵焦虑、抑郁症状现患率较高；医疗兵站官兵SAS、SDS平均分值低于同期训练的野战军官兵评分；海上训练两个月的官兵SDS平均分值低于一个月海训的官兵。结论：海训应激对官兵心理状态影响较大，但随着训练时间的延长。海训官兵的适应能力不断增强。医护人员心理调适能力较野战部队官兵强。应利用自身优势，协助部队做好官兵心理健康维护。医院应积极开展高技术武器和渡海登陆作战复杂性对参战官兵心理影响的研究，不断完善海训官兵心理健康的教育、训练和管理内容。

Investigation of Mental State of Sea Training Officers and Soldiers and Ensuring Strategy of Hospital

Objective:To investigate the mental state of sea training officers and soldiers concerning different training phrases and different troops and explore how to improve their psychiatric diatheses. Methods:Questionnaires were surveyed in 863 sea training officers and soldiers using Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS). Results:The incidence of anxiety and depression was considerably high. Average value of SAS and SDS of officers and soldiers in field army was higher than that in army depot who had trained simultaneously. Average value of SDS was lower in those who had been trained for two months than that for one month. Conclusions:The stress of sea training had great influence on mental state of officers and soldiers. But with training time going by, their adaptability could continuously be improved. Adaptability of medical staffs was greater than that of officers and soldiers in filed army, and medical staffs should use their advantages to help army to maintain the psychiatric diathesis of sea training officers and soldiers in good state. The managers of hospital should pay a great attention to the research about the effects of high-technique and sea wars on the mental states of officers and soldiers, and improve the strategy for the improvement of psychiatric diathesis.
