| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨部分背根切断与脊髓中央管上皮细胞凋亡的关系。方法：采用DNA原位末端标记-TUNEL法染色。结果：部分背根切断后3d，中央管上皮出现大量细胞凋亡，10d时凋亡细胞又明显减少，但总细胞数术后两组无明显差异。结论：部分背根切断可致脊髓中央管上皮细胞凋亡，且随损伤时间延长凋亡细胞数有明显减少，提示细胞凋亡可能在损伤的间接影响下发生，且同时伴有细胞增殖。

| Abstract: | Objective: The relation between partial dorsal root rhizotomy and apoptosis in central canal epithelial cells of spinal cord by TUNEL technique. Results: The results showed that apoptosis of central canal epithelial cells was found following partial dorsal root rhizotomy, especially on 3 days. The number of apoptosis decreased obviously at 10 days following injury. But the numbers of all cells in both groups kept on apparent change. Conclusion: The results showed that apoptosis of central canal epithelial cells in spinal cord resulted from partial dorsal root rhizotomy and the number of apoptosis decreased obviously for long time following injury. At the same time , the numbers of cells increased. |
