| 摘 要： | 将本室研制的胰岛素滴鼻剂滴入糖尿病大鼠的鼻腔后,在不同时间测其血糖浓度。实验结果表明,此滴鼻剂能有效地降低糖尿病鼠的血糖,在滴鼻后60分钟血糖浓度降到正常以下(此时为最低值),降糖效应持续四小时以上。

| Abstract: | After the insulin naristillae made by our dePartment, was dripped into the nasal cavities of 13 diabetic rats, their blood sugar concentrations were determined at various intervals. The results showed that insulin naristillae could decrease blood Sugar concentrations effectively. Blood sugar concentrations were decreased to below the normal level and reached the minimum 60 minutes after the administration. The decrease of blood sugar concentrations lasted over 4 hours |
