整体护理在非模式病房实施措施的探讨

目的探索非模式病房开展整体护理的逢轻和存在的问题；方法选择与生物医学、社会医学和心理医学密切相关的疾病比重较大的科室，提高护理人员的认识．改变原运作程序，调动支持系统的积极性：结果再建了护理人员的知识结构，护士与病人接触时间倍增，还原了原有工作分功偏颇的状态，病人得到了实惠，开展整体护理前后病人满意度有显性差异P<0．05(原78％，现98％)；结论拓宽了护士的知识面．去除了护理人员的非护理工作，提高护士的素质和护理质量。

Measures of Holistic Nursing in Common Wards

Abjective To explore the methods of developing holistic nursing in common wards and its problems. Methods Selecting the departments that deal mostly with diseases related closely with biomedicine, social medicine and psychomedicine, deepening the nurses' understanding, changing their original working procedures with aroused enthusiasm of the supporting system. Results The knowledge structure of the nurses was rebuilt. The time of nurses' contact with patients was increased. Some unfairness in work division was corrected. The patients were benefited greatly,their satisfactory degree differed obviously from that before the adopting of holistic nursing method(P<0.05,78% vs 98%). Conclusion Nurses can be freed from miscellaneous jobs. Their knowledge range was enlarged and their quality enhanced,and so was the quality of nursing care.
