| 摘 要： | 中医对心脏的形态结构,进行过研究。但经研究发现中医有关心脏临床的形体基础除了心脏,还包括脑。心脏、脑共同成为中医心脏临床的形体基础,但以心脏为主。这从临床有关疾病认识与方药治疗的作用部位可以得到证明。但由于胃等其他形体组织与功能的病变冠以心名对中医心脏临床的影响,模糊了中医心脏的概念,对认识与深入研究中医心脏说不利。故有必要在确立中医心脏的形体基础后,尽快建立中医心脏的形体医理,以利于吸纳现代科学与西医学有益的内容和开展科学实验研究,更好地促进中医的发展。

| Abstract: | The tangibility of the heart has been studied in TCM.It has found that the foundation of tangibility of heart on clinical medicine in TCM are the heart the principal part and the brain on anatomy.This point has been proved by recognition of relative diseases and sites of action of the formula and Chinese medicine.The concept of the heart in TCM is not clear because of naming of heart in stomach and other tissues diseases in TCM.This hinders the recognition and penetrating study on the heart theory in TCM.It is important to establish the medical theory of heart in TCM on the basis of body of heart,in order to draw the helpful content of the modern science and western medicine and to develop TCM. |
