| 摘 要： | 政府举办乡镇卫生院，是当前我国乡镇卫生院改革的重点问题。文章以政府举办卫生院的理论依据为出发点，探讨和界定了政府举办卫生院的内容和实现形式，并对完善政府举办卫生院的管理体制提出了合理化建议。

| Abstract: | The running of township hospitals by the government is a key issue in the current reform of domestic township hospitals. In light of the theoretical basis for the running of township hospitals by the government, the paper discusses and defines the content and realization form of the running of township hospitals by the government. It also puts forward rational suggestions for improving the managerial system in the running of township hospitals by the government. |
