| 摘 要： | 基本技能强化训练是全科医师岗位培训的重要组成部分。文章对全科医生问诊、体格检查等基本技能的短期强化训练进行阐述，并对训练中出现的问题进行了分析，在一定程度上提高了全科医生各项临床技能及沟通技巧，为社区工作打下扎实基础。

| Abstract: | Short term strengthening training of basic skills is an important component of the clinical training for general practitioners.This paper gives an elaboration on the training in practical skills such as interrogation and physical examination and analyzes lots of questions in carrying out the general practitioners training,which could improve the general practitioners' clinical skills and communicating techniques and help them to be more adapted to their future work. |
