髋骨良性骨肿瘤及肿瘤样病变的CT分析(附10例分析)

目的探讨髋骨良性骨肿瘤及肿瘤样病变的CT表现.材料和方法经手术病理和临床活检证实共10例,其中成软骨细胞瘤和骨巨细胞瘤各3例,骨纤维异常增殖症2例,非骨化性纤维瘤和嗜酸性肉芽肿各1例.结果CT显示肿瘤钙化机率高于X线平片,但对诊断和鉴别诊断的价值有限;对肿瘤的内部结构和病变周围软组织的显示CT优于X线平片.结论充分利用CT密度分辨力、横断多层面的解剖结构的优越性,可显示X线平片见不到的征象.

CT Manifestation of Bone Tumors and Tumorous Lseions in Hip (An Analysis of 10 Cases)

Purpose: The CT findings of the benign bone tumors and the tumorous lesions in hip bone were discussed. Materials and Methods: 10 cases of the benign bone tumors and tumorous lesions were performed by open biopsy. Pathological diagnosis as follows: Chon droblastoma (3 cases), giant cell tumor of bone (3 cases), fibrous dysplasia (2 cases), non-ossifying fibroma (1 case), and esosinophilic granuloma of bone (1 case). Results: The frequency of calcification due to tumors showed by CT was higher than by plain film, but CT findings had some limitations in the value of diagnosis and differential diagnosis. For the inter constructions and the adjacent soft tissue changes of tumors plain. film was not more clear than CT. Conclusions: We are to use the advantage of the higher density resolution on CT and its poly-sectional anatomy morphology, and CT can show more the signs that couldn't be found by plain film.
