摘    要:目的:探索瘃缺氧后遗症的外科治疗。方法:用显微外科技术松解并部分切除增厚蛛网膜,再作单侧或双侧带蒂大网膜脑移植术。结果:全部病例术后经2年以上随访,显示运动,语言和智力有不同程度进步。结论:蛛网膜松解剥离大网膜移植可增进脑血液循不以及可能的神经介质的作用,使脑功能得以改善。

Abstract:Objective:To study the surgical treatment of post-cerebral anoximia syndrome. Methods: Performing microscopic technique to seperate the thick arachnoid membrane with partial resection and did the unilateral or bilateral pedicular omental transposition to the brain. Results:All the cases with more than 2 years follow-up study. The function of motor, speech and memtality improved with various degree. Conclusion : Loosening and detaching the arachnoid membrane with transposition of the omentum resulted in improved cerebral circulation and the additional biochemical changes possibly occurring at the omental cerebral interface. All these lead to improved cerebral function.
