乙肝病毒大蛋白与HBeAg、HBV-DNA相关性的临床意义

目的 探讨HBV感染者血清中乙肝病毒大蛋白与HBeAg、HBV-DNA的相关性及其检测意义。方法 对162例HBV感染者及47名正常对照血清采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测乙肝病毒大蛋白、乙型肝炎病毒标志物；FQ-PCR定量检测HBV-DNA。结果 162例HBV感染者血清中，HBV-LP含量与HBV-DNA拷贝数间具有良好的正相关性（γs=0．6357，P〈0．001），不同HBV-DNA拷贝数组别间HBV-LP含量存在差异显著性俨〈0．01）；HBV-LP与HBV-DNA、HBeAg之间均关联显著护〈0．01）。HBV-LP与HBV-DNA、HBeAg之间存在差异显著性（P〈0．05）；HBV-LP的总检出率为84．57％，较HBV-DNA、HBeAg均高。HBeAg阳性组与阴性组之间HBV-LP、HBV-DNA均存在差异显著性俨〈0．05）；HBeAgm性组中HBV-LP与HBV-DNA间无差异显著性p〉0．05），检测的总符合率为96．83％；HBeAg阴性组中HBV-LP与HBV-DNA间均存在差异显著性（P〈0．05）。结论 HBV-LP是判断HBV感染者体内病毒复制程度的可靠指标．是反映血清HBeAg阴性的HBV感染者体内病毒复制情况的更为敏感的新的监测指标。

CHnical significance of the correlation between serum hepatitis B virus large surface protein and HBeAg and HBV-DNA

Objective To study the clinical singnificance of the correlation between hepatitis B virus large surface protein and HBeAg,HBV-DNA in hepatitis B virus carrier.Methods Serum HBV-LP and HBVM were detected by ELISA,and HBV-DNA by fluorescence quantitative-PCR technique in 162 hepatitis B virus carriers and 47 controls.Results In 162 serum samples,the content of serum HBV-LP was positively correlated with HBV-DNA copies(rs=0.6357,P<0.01).The level of serum HBV-LP was significant difference compared with the groups of different HBV-DNA copies(P<0.01).There were highly close relationships among serum HBV-LP,HBV-DNA,HBeAg,respectively(P<0.01,P<0.05).HBV-LP with 84.57% of positive rate was higher than those of HBV-DNA,HBeAg respectively.HBV-LP and HBV-DNA showed significant differences between HBeAg-positive and HBeAg-negative groups,but not difference in HBeAg-positive group(P>0.05),their total rate was 96.83% with significant difference in HBeAg-negative group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is suggested that HBV-LP may be served as reliable marker of reflecting HBV replication.It is more sensitive as a new serum marker of monitoring HBV replication for those persons infected HBV.
