| 摘 要： | 胫骨平台单纯后外侧骨折是胫骨平台骨折中的一种特殊类型,由于骨折块位置特殊,且该部位有腓骨小头及血管神经束的遮盖,术中难以直接暴露骨折部位。近年来随着基础研究和临床手术方法的改进,一些新的手术入路为单纯胫骨平台后外侧骨折的手术治疗提供了新的思路,本文就近年来国内外文献报道的多种单纯胫骨平台后外侧骨折的手术入路作一综述。为临床该类型骨折的治疗提供参考。

| Abstract: | Simple posterolateral tibial plateau fracture is a special type of fracture of tibial plateau .Due to the fracture location , the cover of the fibular head and the neurovascular bundle ,it is difficult to directly expose the fracture area during the operation .In recent years ,with the development of the basic research and clinical surgical method,some new approaches provide new suggestions for treating this kind facture .This paper reviewed new ap-proaches reported in recent years to provide reference for the clinical treatment for this type of fracture . |
