| 摘 要： | 目的:了解医护药责任一体化管理模式对口服乙型肝炎(乙肝)抗病毒药物患者依从性的影响。方法:选择年龄25~55岁的慢性乙肝住院患者200例,根据服药依从性评分,将其中服药依从性差的125例,随机分为干预组63例和对照组62例。对照组予以常规护理措施。干预组除进行医院常规管理外,实施医护药责任一体化管理,对患者进行心理指导、健康教育等护理措施,定期随访。结果:干预组患者对口服乙肝抗病毒药物的依从性明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:医护药责任一体化管理可提高乙肝病毒感染患者的依从性水平,从而提高其抗病毒治疗的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effects of the doctor-nurse-pharmacist integration mode on the compliance of patients treated with hepatitis B. antiviral drug by oral. Methods:One hundred and twenty-five patients with poor medication compliance were screened from 200 chronic hepatitis B patients with 25 to 55 years old,and randomly divided into the intervention group(63 cases) and control group(62 cases). The intervention group were nursed with the doctor-nurse-pharmacist integration mode(including psychology guidance and health education) ,the control group were nursed with general nursing measures. Results:The compliance of hepatitis B. antiviral drug by oral in intervention group was obviously better than that in control group(P<0. 05). Conclusions:The doctor-nurse-pharmacist integration mode can improve the cognitive level of compliance, antiviral treatment compliance and effects of antiviral therapy in hepatitis B patients. |
