逆行切除联合生物羊膜移植治疗巨大翼状胬肉

目的观察翼状胬肉逆行切除联合生物羊膜移植治疗巨大翼状胬肉的疗效。方法 25例(28眼)巨大翼状胬肉患者,合并白内障20例(20眼),在显微镜下行翼状胬肉逆行切除+生物羊膜移植术,手术后加压包扎,3～4周后拆线。结果观察4～24月,平均12个月,术后随访中均未复发,眼球运动恢复正常,角膜透明度高,其中合并白内障20例(20眼)术后1～3月行白内障手术时,在手术显微镜下见角膜仅有淡淡云翳,基本无胬肉组织残留,不影响手术操作,均顺利实施白内障手术。结论逆行切除联合生物羊膜移植治疗巨大翼状胬肉术后复发率低,显著改善了患者的外观,同时为患者行内眼手术创造了良好的条件。

Effect of pterygium flyback exsection combined with bio-amniotic membrane grafting on huge pterygium

Objective To observe the effect of pterygium flyback exsection combined with bio-amniotic membrane grafting on huge pterygium.Methods Twenty-five patients(28 eyes) received pterygium flyback exsection combined with bio-amniotic membrane grafting under microscope and then were dressed with pressure.The stitches were removed after three weeks.Results During the follow-up of 4-24 months(average 12 months),they were all cured without relapse.The movement of eye balls was normal.The 20 patients(20 eyes) complicated with cataract underwent cataract surgery 1-3 months later(there was only a little cloudy nebula on the cornea and there was hardly ulcer polyp tissues remained).Conclusion Pterygium flyback exsection combined with bio-amniotic membrane grafting can lower the relapse rate of pterygium,significantly improve patient's appearance and create a good condition for further intraocular operation.
