| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨新辅助化疗对乳腺癌ER、PR、C_erbB_2、p53表达的影响。方法:采用免疫组化Envision法,检测91例乳腺癌患者新辅助化疗前后ER、PR、C_erbB_2、p53的表达。结果:新辅助化疗前后ER、PR、C_erbB_2、p53表达状态发生改变的分别有15、20、12、17例,新辅助化疗前后ER、PR、C_erbB_2、p53的表达无显著性差异(P>0·05)。结论:新辅助化疗能使部分乳腺癌组织中ER、PR、C_erbB_2、p53的表达发生变化,但新辅助化疗对ER、PR、C_erbB_2、p53表达状态无显著影响。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To study the effects of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on the expressions of ER, PR, C-erbB-2 and p53 in breast cancer tissues. METHODS： The expressions of ER, PR, C-erbB-2 and p53 in 91 patients with breast cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy. RESULTS： Among all the 91 cases, the expressions of ER, PR, C-erbB-2 and p53 experiences changes in 15, 20, 12 and 17 cases, respectively; there was no significant differences difference after neoadjuvant chemotherapy as compared with before neoadjuvant chemotherapy （P 〉 0.05） . CONCLUSION： Only partial of the breast cancer tissues were seen of expression changes in ER, PR, C-erbB-2 and p53 after neoadjuvant chemotherapy, but on the whole, the neoadjuvant chemotherapy has no significant influence on the expressions of ER, PR, C-erbB-2 and P53. |
