| 摘 要： | 在上海６个不同的功能分区每月采集空气样品，分类鉴定气传真菌以明确其菌相分布，以此为基础配制肺灌洗染毒液，染毒２４小时后进行大鼠肺灌洗实验，检测肺灌洗液的细胞成分和生化指标，研究气传优势真菌对实验动物的肺损伤作用，探讨其可能机制

| Abstract: | The air samples in six functional sections of Shanghai were collected monthly in order to investigate the distribution of airborne fungi.The suspension prepared with collected fungi were infused into trachea of rats and the Bronchoalveolar Lavage test(BAL) was carried out 24 hours later.The cell ingredient and some biochemistry and immunity indexes of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were assayed to identify the adverse effect of airborne fungi on lung tissue and to discover the probable mechanism. |
