| 摘 要： | 用硫酸葡聚糖-Mg~(2+)分别沉淀血清中VLDL、LDL和HDL_2,用酶法测定高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白亚组分Ⅲ胆固醇(HDL_3-C),计算出高密度脂蛋白亚组分Ⅱ胆固醇(HDL_2-C)的浓度。同时用酶法测定血清总胆固醇(TC)的水平。经调查154名正常人的结果:TC 3.78±0.71mmol/L、HDL-C 1.34±0.20mmol/L、HDL_3-C 0.83±0.14mmol/L、HDL_2-C 0.53±0.16mmol/L。对健康人和冠心病患者的各项胆固醇结果进行统计学处理,发现冠心病人的TC较健康人高25.5%,HDL_2-C降低29.1%。HDL-C/TC、HDL_2-C/TC、HDL_3-C/TC、HDL_2-C/HDL_3-C均低于正常人。HDL_3-C与冠心病发病无相关性。TC,HDL及其亚组分胆固醇测定,在冠心病诊治中较单独测定TC,甘油三酯更有意义。
