| 摘 要： | 目的:观察鼻咽癌肺转移化疗疗效及死因。方法:CT、胸片等检查确诊肺转移后,统计病灶分布,并予DDP 5-FU联合化疗4周期,观察疗效及生存期内病灶进展情况以及最后死因。结果:鼻咽癌肺转移化疗缓解率高,肺转移中内带、中外带比例机会均等,外带化疗最敏感。结论:致死原因为肺转移,以及骨、肝、脑转移和局部复发。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study chemotheraphy efficacy and death cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with lung metastasis.Methods: Forty two nasopharyngeal carcinoma cases with lung metastasis were identified with thoracic film and CT. The efficacy and death causes were observed after four cycles of treatment of cisplatin combined with 5-fluorouracil. Results:The response rate of chemotheraphy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with lung metastasis was high. The lung metastasis rate of middle and lateral field was as same as the rate of middle and invasive field. Conclusion:Death causes were lung metastasis, the secondary affection(bone and /or liver and/or brain metastasis) and local recurrence. |
