摘    要:本文采用二维光弹模型研究哈灵顿分离棒(HDR)的应力分布。实验载荷包括作用于两端钩部的垂直力及作用于棒中点的水平力。实验发现棒棘齿区应力高于光滑区,HDR光滑区—棘齿区交界处应力居棒同侧最高,是棒强度的危险断面,其应力值与载荷呈正直线相关.本文亦初步讨论了减少危险断面应力、避免HDR疲劳断裂的途径。

Abstract:The stress distribition of Harrington distraction rod (HDR) was studied by 2-D photoelastics. The loads included horizontal forces on the middle of the rod and vertical forces on the two ending hooks. The experimental results showed that the stresses on ratchet part were higher than on the smooth part, the stresses on ratchet-shaft junction were the highest to be stress riser and were risen linely with the increasing loads. The method of reducing stresses on junction to avoid fatigue failure of HDR was also discussed.
