| 摘 要： | 目的:观察复方甘草酸苷联合人工肝治疗重型肝炎的疗效。方法:将58例重型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组除给予基础治疗外,根据患者情况每隔3d～5d行血浆置换或血液灌流,每位患者一般做5次～10次;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予复方甘草酸苷治疗。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为64.52%、40.74%,二者间有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗8wk时治疗组肝功能改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方甘草酸苷联合人工肝治疗重型肝炎有效、安全。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of compound glycyrrhizin(SNMC)combining artificial liver on severe hepatitis.METHODS:58patients with severe hepatitis were randomly divided into two groups,for the control group,apart from the basic treatment,each of them was also given plasmapheresis or hemoperfusion every3d～5d for5～10times acˉcording to their state of illness;For the treatment group,they were treated with SNMC apart from the therapy of the control group.RESULTS:The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were64.52%and40.74%,respecˉtively,thus significant differences existed between the2groups(P<0.05);The hepatic function of the treatment group had a greater improvement than the control group after receiving treatment for8weeks(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:SNMC combining artificial liver is effective and safe in the treatment of severe hepatitis. |
