| 摘 要： | 博来霉素族抗肿瘤药物为氨基糖肽类抗生素，具有良好的抗肿瘤活性，在临床中长期被用作一线治疗药物。本综述通过肿瘤细胞凋亡和衰老、耐药、毒副反应的信号通路等方面，介绍该族抗生素的研究进展。此外，近来还发现此类抗生素在治疗病毒性疾病中的作用，扩展了其临床应用范围。

| Abstract: | The family of bleomycin belongs to aminoglycopeptide antibiotics which shows high anti-tumor activity and is used as one of the first-line antitumor drugs for a long time in clinical settings. In this review, recent findings about the mechanisms of bleomycin family, including the signaling pathway of tumor cellular apoptosis, senescence, drug resistance, as well as toxicity are summarized.Furthermore, recent discoveries indicate that these antibiotics are potential agents against virus diseases,which expanded their clinical use. |
