GD-3型光电血流容积仪对113例健康人面部常色的检测分析

目的观察健康人面部常色光电血流容积指标的正常参考值及三类偏色光电血流容积比值指标的情况.方法应用GD-3型光电血流容积面诊仪与Pclab生物机能系统匹配,观察额部、左颊、右颊、鼻头、下颏的血流容积指标及三类偏色的血流容积指标情况.结果五部中反映心脏搏动的时间指标Tag、Tab、Tae、Teg、Tab/Tag、Tbe/Tab完全一致,反映心血管功能和血流状态的指标Hb、Hd、He、Hf、Tw、Hb/Tab、Hd/Hb、He/Hb、Hf/Hb、Tw/Tag因部位不同而异.Hb/Tab呈鼻尖＞左、右颊＞额部、下颏,Hd/Hb、He/Hb、Hf/Hb、Tw/Tag则相反.三类偏色中反映心血管功能的Hb/Tab、Hd/Hb、He/Hb、Hf/Hb、Tw/Tag均有显著差异,随着面部常色由偏赤→偏白→偏黄,Hb/Tab逐渐变小,Hd/Hb、He/Hb、Hf/Hb、Tw/Tag逐渐变大.结论光电血流容积指标能反映心血管的功能和血液的状态,面部血流容积变化从不同角度反映了面色-血流容积变化的机理,是面部常色形成的生理基础.光电血流容积仪为中医望色提供了一个现代化的技术平台.

Analysis of Complexions of 113 Cases Health Adults below GD-3 Photoelectric Blood Stream Plethysmograph

Objective Observe the normal reference values of photoelectric blood stream plethysmogram indexes of health adults' complexions and observe ratio indexes of blood stream plethysmogram of three kinds of colours. Methods By matching GD-3 photoelectric blood stream plethysmograph and Pclab biology enginery system, we observed indexes of blood stream plethysmogram of forehead, left-cheek, right-cheek, nose and mandible, and indexes of blood stream plethysmogram of three kinds of colours. Result In the five positions, indexes of time reflecting heart pulsation (Tag, Tab, Tae, Teg, Tab/Tag, Tbe/Tab) are consistent, but indexes of reflecting heart and blood vessel function and blood stream state (Hb, Hd, He, Hf, Tw, Hb/Tab, Hd/Hb, He/Hb, Hf/Hb, Tw/Tag) varied according to different positions:Hb/Tab of nose>Hb/Tab of left-cheek and right-cheek>Hb/Tab of forehead and mandible, however Hd/Hb, He/Hb, Hf/Hb and Tw/Tag are opposite to Hb/Tab. In the three kinds of colours, indexes of reflecting heart and blood vessel function (Hb/Tab, Hd/Hb, He/Hb, Hf/Hb, Tw/Tag) are obviously different. According to complexions from red to white to yellow, Hb/Tab is gradually smaller, Hd/Hb, He/Hb, Hf/Hb and Tw/Tag are gradually bigger. Conclusion The indexes of photoelectric blood stream plethysmogram can reflect heart and blood vessel fuction and blood stream state. The change of face blood stream plethysmogram are physiological base of forming various complexions because it reflect changing mechanism of complexion - blood stream plethysmogram in different aspects. Therefore photoelectric blood stream plethysmograph provide a modern technological platform for color-diagnostics of TCM, and deserve to popularize and apply.
