| 摘 要： | 颞骨岩部正位及颅底位体层摄影从纵横切面,显示颞骨微小解剖和病理改变。在慢性中耳炎肉芽型中,体层摄影显示鼓窦、上鼓室、鼓室内听骨、外半规管、面神经管和卵圆窗的破坏情况,影象较平片真实。

| Abstract: | Tomography of the petrous portion of temporal bone in the anteroposterior and the skull bottom projection shows the subtle anatomy of temporal bone and the pathological changes from the longitudinal and transverse sections. In the granulation type of chronic otitis media tomography shows the damages of tempani sinuses, upper tympanum, inner ear bones of tympanum, laferal semicircular canals, facial nerve canals and oval windows. The images are truer than the plane films. |
