家猪作为EHF传染源的研究

用ＰＣＲ扩增技术从自然感染ＥＨＦＶ的家猪肺、心、肝、脾、肾和血液、尿液、粪便中检测到ＥＨＦＶ－ＲＮＡ．并分离到ＥＨＦＶ。提示家猪不但可自然感染ＥＨＦＶ，还可能经尿液和粪便将ＥＨＦＶ排出体外。与家猪有密切接触史人群的ＥＨＦ隐性感染率显著高于无密切接触史的人群，提示家猪不但有可能作为Ｅ－ＨＦＶ的宿主动物，还可能作为人群感染ＥＨＦ的传染源。

Study of Pigs as a Infection Source of Epidemic Hemorrhagic Fever

Since 1989 some epidemiologcal investigation on the possibility of transmition of EHFV by pigs have been carried out.EHFV-RNA were found in lung, heart, liver, spleen, kidney,blood, urine and faeces of natural infected pigs by RT-PCR.EHFV were also isolated from these organs. These resultssuggested that EHFV not only could naturaly infect pigs, butalso could excrete through urine and raeces. It was alsoshowed that the EHFV infective rate of people contactedclosely with pigs is much higher than that of peopel contactedrare with pigs. These results indicated that pigs could serve asa host of EHFV, as well as an infection resource of EHFV.
