| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨术前访视对行甲状腺手术的患者心理因素的影响。方法:按手术日期单双号将120例患者分为实验组和对照组各60例,对患者术中焦虑程度、遵医行为、术中不良反应及对护理工作满意度等进行比较。结果:实验组术中焦虑值显著低于对照组(P<0.01),遵医行为优于对照组(P<0.05),术中不良反应发生明显低于对照组(P<0.01),对护理工作满意度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:术前访视可减轻甲状腺手术患者的紧张焦虑情绪,提高其遵医行为,使术中不良反应明显减少,并能提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of preoperative visit on psychological intervention for the patients with thyroid operation.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients were divided into experiment group(n=60) and control group(n=60) by the date of operation in odd and even number.The comparison was made in patient's anxiety in operation,compliance,side-effects in operation and satisfaction with nursing care.Results:The value of anxiety was lower(P<0.01) and side-effects was less(P<0.01) in the operation,the behavior of compliance was better(P<0.05) and patient's satisfaction with nursing care was more(P<0.01) in the experiment group than that in the control group.Conclusion:Preoperative visit can relieve patient's anxiety,change their behavior of compliance,decrease side-effects and increase their satisfaction with nursing care. |
