医院真菌感染调查分析

目的：了解我院病原性真菌的感染现状及耐药性，为临床诊断与治疗提供实验依据。方法：回顾分析2006年1月-2007年12月临床分离162株真菌感染患者的相关临床资料。结果：全部患者都有基础性疾病，经验性使用广谱抗菌药物达100%，〉60岁患者占54.3%；真菌感染主要以假丝酵母菌为主。结论：高龄患者、严重基础性疾病、经验性使用广谱抗菌药物、导管留置等是真菌感染发生的危险因素，加强真菌检测和分析对预防医院内真菌感染、和临床合理用药具有重要意义。

Fungal Infection in Hospital:An Investigation
