硝普纳联合多巴胺治疗重症充血性心力衰竭的临床观察

目的分析硝普纳联合多巴胺治疗重症充血性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选取2007年8月至2012年8月收治的38例重症充血性心力衰竭患者,分为观察组与对照组,观察组用硝普纳联合多巴胺,对照组采用消心痛进行治疗,比较两组治疗后整体效果,以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率95.5%,对照组总有效率68.7%;观察组不良反应发生率为9.1%,对照组为18.8%;观察组疗效及安全性均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硝普纳并多巴胺治疗重症充血性心力衰竭临床效果显著,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

The Clinical Observation of Treating Severe Congestive Heart Failure with Sodium Nitroprusside combined Dopamine

Objective To analyze the effect of treating severe congestive heart failure with sodium nitroprusside combined dopamine. Methods Choosed 38 patients suffered severe congestive heart failure from Agu. 2007 to Agu. 2012 to divide into study group and controlled group. Study group were treated with sodium nitropmsside combined dopamine, and controlled group were treated with isosorbide dinitrate. Compared the effect and adverse effects of these two groups. Results The total effects in study group was 95.5%, and 68.7% in controlled group. And incidence of study group was 9.1%, and 18.8% in controlled group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Treating severe congestive heart failure with sodium nitroprusside combined dopamine is effetive to extend in clinic.
