喜炎平治疗340例手足口病的临床疗效

目的观察喜炎平治疗手足口病的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的340例,就诊先后顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组172例患儿给予喜炎平注射液0.2～0.4mL/(kg d)静滴,对照组168例患儿给予利巴韦林10～15mg/(kg d)静滴,疗程3~7d,观察治疗效果,临床症状及体征的消失进行对比分析。结果观察临床总有效率、热退及皮疹消失时间均明显优于对照组。结论喜炎平在治疗手足口病中值得临床推广使用。

Clinical Effect Observation of Xiyanping in Treatment of 340 Cases of Hand Foot and Mouth Disease

Objeetive To observe the effect of Xiyanping in treatment of hand foot and mouth disease. Methods A total of 340 children of the hand foot and mouth disease classification according to the order of visit were randomly divided into treatment group（172 cases） and control group（168 cases）, The treatment group was given Xiyanping injection 0.2-0.4mL/（kg.d） intravenous drip, the control group was given ribavirin injection 10-15mg/（kg.d）, acourse of 3 to7 days. observed the two groups of total efficiency, clinical symptoms and signs of change Results The total efficiency, the time of fever and skin eruption left of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, Conclusion Xiyanping injection is markedly effective in the treatment of hand foot and mouth disease in children,and deserves clinical promotion.
