护理干预对预防重度颅脑损伤患者压疮的效果分析

目的探讨护理干预对预防重度颅脑损伤患者压疮的效果。方法将107例患者随机分成观察组65例和对照组42例,对照组采取传统的临床经验法,观察组采取护理干预措施:专人负责;风险告知;落实压疮的预防措施;使用气垫床;皮肤护理;营养支持;加强床头交接班,对比两组压疮的发生率。结果采取护理干预措施后,与传统的压疮预防措施比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论采取护理干预措施后压疮发生率明显降低。
