| 摘 要： | 目的通过典型病例探讨单克隆免疫球蛋白血症患者血清中IgM型M蛋白对临床生化检测的干扰,提高实验室人员对其的认识,为临床提供更准确的结果。方法选取典型IgM型M蛋白病例1例通过免疫透射比浊法检测血清前白蛋白进行结果分析。结果 IgM型M蛋白对免疫透射比浊法检测血清前白蛋白的干扰无法通过临床实验室常规方法完全消除。结论在临床生化实验室工作中,患有单克隆免疫球蛋白血症患者的血清M蛋白对某些生化项目的干扰是无法通过常规方法消除,应引起实验人员的重视,做好与临床的沟通,以免误导临床。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the interference of IgM in patients with monoclonal gammopathy of M proteins in clinical biochemistry examination. Methods Using the immune turbidimetric to detecte serum prealbumin in 1 cases of typical IgM M protein monoclonal gammopathy patients serum, and analyze the interference. Results It＇s could not be completely eliminated the interference of typical IgM M protein by conventional method,if detecte serum prealbumin by using immune turbidimetric Conclusion Laboratory staff should pay attention to the interference in serum of patients with monoclonal gammopathy of M protein on some clinical biochemistry examination. |
