心理干预和笑气吸入对前牙冠折患者牙科焦虑症的影响

目的探讨心理干预和笑气吸入对前牙冠折患者牙科焦虑症的治疗效果。方法选取前牙冠折患者,通过改良牙科焦虑量表MDAS筛选出45例牙科焦虑症患者。按每组15例患者随机分为对照组、心理干预组和笑气吸入组,比较治疗前后MDAS的评分情况及两实验组改善焦虑的有效率。结果治疗前后畏惧程度评价结果显示心理干预组和笑气吸入组DA分值明显降低,两实验组治疗效果无明显差异。结论心理干预和笑气吸入能有效治疗前牙冠折患者的牙科焦虑症。

Effects of Psychological Intervention and Nitrous Oxide Inhalation on Dental Anxiety in Patients with Anterior Crown Fracture

Objective To assess the clinical effects of psychological intervention and nitrous oxide inhalation on the treatment of dental anxiety in patients with anterior crown fracture. Methods Patients with anterior crown fracture were studied in this project. Forty five cases of the patients with dental anxiety were screened by using the Modified Dental Anxiety Scale （MDAS）. They were randomly divided into three groups： control group, psychologieal intervention group and nitrous oxide inhalation group. The MDAS score was used before and after the treatment, and the efficiency of the anxieyimprovement of the two experimental groups was evaluated. Results The evaluation results showed that the DA scores of psychological intervention group and nitrous oxide inhalation group significantly reduced, but the treatment effects of them had no significant difference. Conclusion Psychological intervention and nitrous oxide inhalation are effective on treating the dental anxiety patients with anterior crown fracture.
