双J管置入术后体外冲击波碎石治疗肾结石的疗效分析

摘    要:目的探讨置入双J管后体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)治疗肾结石临床治疗效果。方法选取我院收治肾结石病例80例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各40例,对照组单纯行ESWL,研究组置入双J管后进行ESWL,观察两组的临床治疗效果以及并发症发生情况。结果研究组40例均有效,37例结石排净,无病例出现肾绞痛和石街形成,对照组有效32例,28例结石排净,15例出现肾绞痛,8例形成石街,两组治疗有效率、结石排净率以及肾绞痛和石街形成发生率对比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在进行ESWL术之前置入双J管可起到内支架支撑以及内引流和扩张输尿管的三重作用,利于结石排出,且可有效降低并发症的发生率。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of double J tube placement postoperation ESWL treat kidney stones. Method Selected kidney stones 80 cases, randomly divided into research group and control group, each group 40 cases ,control group only do ESWL, the research group place double J tube postoperation ESWL, observe two groups of clinical therapeutic effect and complications. Results Research group were all effective,37 cases kidney stones free, and no cases of renal colic and stone stree of formation, control group 32 cases were effective, 28 cases kidney stones free,15 cases with renal colic, 8 cases of formation stone stree, two groups of treatment efficient, stones free rate and renal colic and stone stree formation rate difference were compared with statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion In ESWL preoperative place double J tube can have internal support and inner drainage triple function, and can effectively reduce the incidence of complications.
