中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘发作的疗效观察

目的探讨中西医结合治疗对减少支气管哮喘发作的临床疗效,为其临床诊治提供数据参考。方法对2010年3月至2012年8月期间我院收治的80例支气管哮喘患者采取中西医结合治疗方法,具体措施包括:中药穴位敷贴、制定个性化干预方案、对患者及其家属进行定期的健康知识教育和普及等等。结果经过6个月至两年的跟踪随访,支气管哮喘患者被控制率(其中包括部分控制和完全控制)达到了85.00%,患者的门诊和住院次数明显减少,医疗费用也明显下降,减轻了患者及其家属的负担,改善了患者的生存质量。结论中西医结合治疗可以有效地减少支气管哮喘发作的频率,使病情得到更好的控制,可以帮助患者建立良好的健康的生活方式,提高生存质量,中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘效果显著,值得推广应用。

Efficacy of the Integrative Treatment of Bronchial Asthma Attacks

Objective To investigate the Integrative Medicine to provide reference data for its clinical diagnosis and treatment to reduce the clinical efficacy of bronchial asthma attacks. Method Integrative Medicine methods, specific measures include： acupoint applicator, to develop individualized intervention programs, patients and their families on a regular basis, taken on 80 cases of patients with bronchial asthma in our hospital during the period from March 2010 to August 2012health education and popularity. Results Follow up after six months to two years, patients with bronchial asthma control rate （including portion control and full control） to 85.00%, significantly fewer patients with outpatient and inpatient medical expenses also decreased significantly, reducing the burden on patients and their families, and to improve the quality of life of the patients. Conclusion The Integrative therapy can be effective in reducing the frequency of bronchial asthma attacks, so that a better control of the disease, patients canhelp to establish a good healthy lifestyle to improve the quality of life, Integrative treatment of bronchial asthma effect is significant, it is worth promote the application.
