局麻下应用平片无张力疝修补术治疗腹外疝的临床分析

目的探讨局部麻醉在平片无张力疝修补术治疗腹外疝的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院2008年~2012年80例应用平片行无张力疝修补术患者的资料,观察组采取局部麻醉,对照组为腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉,比较两组患者的麻醉效果及术后恢复情况。结果两组患者术中麻醉效果比较差异不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者术后恢复好,与对照组患者比较差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论局麻下应用平片行无张力疝修补术治疗腹外疝,对患者生理功能干扰小,效果满意。

Clinical Analysis Under Local Anesthesia Plain Film Tension-free Hernia Repair of the Treatment of Abdominal Hernia

Objective To explore the local anesthetic in the plain film tension-free hernia repair treatment hernia value. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2008-2012, 80 patients were treated with plain film line tension-free hernia repair patients, observation group to take a local anesthetic, the control group for spinal anesthesia - epidural anesthesia, the two groups were comparedanesthetic effect and postoperative recovery. Results The two groups of patients, the anesthetic effect no significant difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）; observation group patients with postoperative recovery, the differences are significant compared with the control group patients, a statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of plain film under local anesthesia line tension-free hemioplasty treatment hernia interfere with the patient＇s physiological function, the results were satisfactory.
