探讨母婴同室新生儿医院感染的因素

目的探讨母婴同室新生儿医院感染的相关因素。方法回顾性分析我院产科出生且母婴同室的3589例新生儿的临床资料。结果产妇的文化程度、无菌观念、胎龄、分娩方式、羊水质量以及室内环境与新生儿发生医院感染与否存在着普遍关联(P<0.05)。19例发生医院感染的患儿中呼吸道感染最为常见,为8例(42.11%),其次分别为脐部、眼部、口腔感染。产后3d感染者最多,为8例(42.11%),4d感染者4例(21.05%),5d感染者3例(15.79%),6d、7d、8d以及8d以后感染者各1例(5.26%)。结论母婴同室新生儿发生医院感染受到多方面因素的影响,在临床工作中,应加强对产妇及家属的健康教育,培养良好的习惯,为产妇及新生儿营造良好的环境,减少医院感染的概率。

Observation on Factors of Neonatal Nosocomial Infection in Room of Mother and Infant

Objective To observe the factors relating to neonatal nosocomial infection in room of mother and infant. Methods The clinical data of 3589 newborns born and roomed in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results Literacy and aseptic concept of maternal, gestational age, delivery mode, amniotic fluid quality and indoor environment is generally associated with the existence of neonatal nosocomial infection （P〈 0.05） . In 19 newborns with nosocomial infection, there were 8 newborns （42.11%） with respiratory infection which is respectively navel, ocular and oral infection. The infected person is the most 3d after delivery and there were 8 cases accounting for 42.11%. There were 4 infected cases 4d after delivery accounting for 21.05%, 3 infected cases 5d after delivery accounting for 15.79%, and 1 infected case respectively 6d, 7d, 8d and 8d after delivery accounting for 5.26%. Conclusion There are a lot of factors influencing neonatal nosocomial infection in room of mother and infant. In clinical work, maternal and family members not only need to strengthen healthy education, but also should cultivate good habits and create a healthy environment for maternal and newborns, which can reduce the incidence rate ofnosocomial infection.
