药学干预对于接受多药治疗的2型糖尿病住院患者的影响

目的探讨药学干预对于接受多药治疗的2型糖尿病患者的影响。方法将我院2009年2月至2010年2月之间收录的80例2型糖尿病住院患者随机的分为两组,对照组的患者给予常规的药物指导,而观察组的患者给予药学干预,观察两组的患者用药依从性和药物使用的不良事件发生率以及患者满意度等情况。结果观察组的患者用药依从性和满意度明显的高于对照组的情况(P<0.05);观察组的药物使用的不良事件发生率与对照组的比较无明显的差异(P>0.05),统计学无意义。结论临床中对于接受多药物治疗的2型糖尿病患者给予药学干预措施能够有效的提高患者的用药依从性和满意度,并降低药物不良事件发生率,值得临床中应用。

The Influence of Pharmaceutical Intervention for Multiple Drug Therapy in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To investigate the pharmacy interventions for multiple drug therapy of type 2 diabetes patients and the effect of. Methods I.n our hospital from 2009 February to 2010 February included 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups, patients in the control group received routine medication guide, while the observation group were given pharmacy interventions, observes two groups of patients＇ compliance of drug use and the incidence of adverse events and patient satisfaction etc.. Results In the observation group, the patients＇ compliance and satisfaction was significantly higher than that in controls （P〈0.05） case; observer group in drug use and incidence of adverse events compared with control group had no significant difference （P〉0.05）, without statistically significance. Conclusion Clinical for multiple drug therapy in patients with type 2 diabetes to pharmaceutical interventions can effectively improve patient compliance and satisfaction, and lower drug adverse event rates, worthy of clinical application.
