| 摘 要： | 目的 检测寻常型银屑病皮损中树突细胞溶酶体相关膜蛋白(DC-LAMP) 、树突细胞特异性非整合素(DC-SIGN)的表达,探讨其在银屑病发病机制中的作用。方法 采用免疫组化SP法检测DC-LAMP、DC-SIGN在寻常型银屑病皮损与正常皮肤的表达。结果 DC-LAMP在银屑病表皮角质形成细胞（KC）基底层和棘层以及真皮树突细胞（DC）均高表达,在正常皮肤表皮KC基底层和真皮DC中呈低表达(P<0.01);DC-SIGN在银屑病表皮KC和真皮DC中均高表达,在正常皮肤表皮KC基底层和真皮DC中低表达(P<0.01)。结论 寻常型银屑病发病与DC LAMP、DC-SIGN有关。DC、KC可能通过表达DC-LAMP和DC-SIGN发挥抗原递呈作用,参与银屑病免疫发病过程。
