小儿肺炎支原体肺炎78例临床诊治分析

目的：分析小儿支原体肺炎的临床特点,提高临床诊治效率。方法：回顾性分析2008年1月～2010年1月收治的78例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的临床资料,分析患儿的临床特点,总结诊治经验。结果：78例患儿均痊愈出院,住院时间为7～21d,平均（13.5±7.1）d。结论：支原体肺炎临床症状不典型,早期诊断较为困难,临床抗感染治疗主要采用大环内酯类抗生素,疗效确切。

Clinical analysis of pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia on 78 cases

Objective：To analyze clinical characteristics of pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia,improve the diagnosis and treatment efficiency.Methods：Retrospectie analysis of the clinical data of mycoplasma pneumonia patients of 78 cases during January 2008 to January 2010,to analyze clinical features and summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment.Results：78 cases were cured,hospital stays was 7～21 d,average（13.5±7.1）d.Conclusion：Eaton agent pneumonia clinical symptoms are atypical,early diagnosis is difficult,clinical anti-infection treatment with large rings ester antibiotics,the ef fect is definite.
