| 摘 要： | 目的评价恩再适治疗腰椎间盘突出引起的神经根性疼痛的疗效。方法选择31例腰椎间盘突出引起的神经根性疼痛的患者，给予恩再适2支加入生理盐水250ml中静脉滴注，1次／d，连续10d，在治疗前与治疗第1、3、10天用视觉模拟评分（VAS）10分法检测神经根性疼痛的缓解程度。结果用药后第1天，疼痛改善不明显；第3天开始，恩再适明显缓解神经根痛；显效率66．67％，总有效率90％。1例患者出现皮疹，停药后皮疹逐渐消失。结论恩再适治疗腰椎间盘突出引起的神经根性疼痛有效率高，而且安全性较好。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of ex-sik in treatment of the nerve pain caused by lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods 31 cases of nerve pain caused by lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were treated by,two ex-Siks with 250ml of 0.9% saline,1 / day,for 10 consecutive days.VAS ten-points was used to detect the remission of the pain before treatment,at 1,3 and 10 days.Results After the first day of treatment,the pain was not significantly improved but after 3 days,ex-Sik could apparently ease nerve root pain.The response rate was 66.67%,with the total efficiency of 90%.Skin rash appeared in one patient but disappeared after withdrawal of ex-Sik.Conclusion The effective rate of Ex-Sik in treating nerve pain cause waist Chuijianpantuchu is high and safe. |
