宫颈癌术后尿潴留发生的影响因素分析

目的通过分析影响宫颈癌术后尿潴留发生的主要因素，旨在探讨相应的预防措施。方法将宫颈癌行子宫切除术的63例患者纳入本研究，观察患者年龄，尿路感染，放疗、化疗，临床分期，手术范围，术中出血量，手术时间，术后留置尿管时间，术后坐浴、膀胱功能锻炼等指标。结果63例患者，其中26例术后发生尿潴留，发生率为41．3％；年龄大、术前尿路感染、广泛切除术者和缺乏膀胱功能锻炼者易发生尿潴留，且与正常组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。经多元Logistic回归分析显示年龄、术前膀胱炎症和膀胱功能强化锻炼是影响术后尿潴留的主要因素。结论在诸多影响宫颈癌术后尿潴留发生的因素中，高龄和膀胱炎症是其主要危险因素，而膀胱功能锻炼可减少其发生。

Analysis on urinary retention in cervical cancer patients after surgery

Objective To explore corresponding precaution against the incidence of urinary retention in cervical cancer patients after surgery. Methods 63 cervical patients after hysterectomy were recruited and the index of age,urinary infection etc was investigated. Results Among the 63 patients,26 of them have occurred urinary retention and the incident rate was 41.3%. The patients with older age,urinary infection before surgery,wide excision and lack of bladder training were susceptible to urinary retention and the difference has reached the statistical significance(P ＜ 0. 05). Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that age,urinary infection before surgery,bladder training were main influential elements of urinary retention.Conclusions Older age and bladder inflammation were the main elements influencing the incidence of urinary retention and functional training of bladder could reduce the occurrence.
