摘    要:目的:了解那坡县医疗卫生单位消毒情况,为提高消毒质量和加强监督提供依据。方法:根据《消毒技术规范》和《医院消毒卫生标准》,对使用中消毒液、灭菌医疗用品、紫外线灯强度、高压蒸汽灭菌、物体表面、医务人员的手和室内空气进行采样检测。结果:2006年-2011年合计检测样品2292份,总合格率为81.02%。使用中消毒液、灭菌医疗用品、紫外线灯强度、高压蒸汽灭菌、物体表面、医务人员手和室内空气的合格率分别为97.21%、96.11%、92.70%、81.22%、77.39%、71.33%和55.08%。结论:那坡县医疗机构消毒合格率偏低,但逐年提高,仍需加强监督与管理。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate disinfection quality in medical institutions of Napo county,and to provide a scientific basis for improving the quality of disinfection and strengthening the supervision.Methods:According to the "Technical standard for disinfection" and "Hospital disinfection technical specifications",in-use disinfectan,sterilized materials,the radiation intensity of ultraviolet lamps,sterilizer,object surface,hand-hygiene of medical staff and indoor air were sampled for detection.Results:A total of 2292 samples were detected during the period from 2006 to 2011,and the total eligible rate of disinfection was 81.02%.The eligible rate of in-use disinfectants,sterilized materials,the radiation intensity of ultraviolet lamps,sterilizer,object surface,hand-hygiene of medical staff and indoor air were 97.21%,96.11%,92.70%,81.22%,77.39%,71.33% and 55.08% respectively.Conclusion:The quality of disinfection in Napo was lower.Although it is increasing year by year,the supervision and management on it still need to strengthen.
