乳腺浸润性导管癌磁共振弥散加权成像与Ki-67表达的关系

摘    要:目的: 探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌磁共振弥散加权成像与Ki-67表达的关系。方法: 收集2017年1月至2018年12月期间于江苏大学附属医院手术并经病理证实的乳腺浸润性导管癌患者42例,所有患者均行磁共振弥散加权成像。采用免疫组织化学法测定肿瘤组织中Ki-67表达,分析不同Ki-67表达强度与磁共振弥散加权成像参数的关系。结果: 不同Ki-67表达的乳腺癌组织最大截面积、体积及表观扩散系数(ADC)值均存在显著差异(F=9.332, P<0.01;F= 20.509, P<0.01;F=5.634, P<0.01)。相关性分析结果显示,Ki-67表达与肿块最大截面积和体积无明显相关性(r=0.335,P>0.05;r=0.817,P>0.05),而与病灶ADC值呈负相关(r=-0.589,P<0.01)。结论: 磁共振弥散序列ADC值能够反映乳腺癌组织中的细胞增殖情况。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the relationship between magnetic resonance diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) and Ki 67 expression in invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast. Methods: A total of 42 patients with invasive ductal breast cancer were enrolled in the study from January in 2017 to December in 2018 and all patients underwent DWI scanning in the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University. Ki-67 expression in tumor tissues was measured by immunohistochemical staining. The relationship between the level of Ki-67 expression and diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging parameters was analyzed. Results: There were significant differences between groups in the Ki-67 expressions in breast cancer tissues, maximum cross sectional area, volume and apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) values (F=9.332, P<0.01; F=20.509, P<0.01; F=5.634, P<0.01). Further correlation results showed that Ki 67 had no correlation with the maximum cross-sectional area and volume of the tumor (r=0.335, P>0.05; r=0.817, P>0.05), while showed a significant negative correlation with the ADC value of the tumor (r=-0.589, P <0.01). Conclusion: Cell proliferation in breast cancer tissues could be associated with ADC value of diffusion sequence.
