循证护理在脑卒中患者中的应用研究

目的：研究在脑卒中患者应用循证护理的措施及效果。方法：将216例脑卒中患者随机分两组,循证组108例采用循证护理进行护理,对照组108例采用常规护理。结果：两组运动功能和日常生活能力比较有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;循证组再入院率、并发症发生率和死亡率均低于常规组（P〈0.05或〈0.01）。结论：循证护理运用于脑卒中患者中,提高了患者的运动功能和生活自理能力,降低了患者的再入院率、并发症发生率和死亡率。

Application of evidence-based nursing in stroke patients

Objective：To study the measures of the evidence-based nursing and its efficacy for the treatment of stroke.Methods：216 cases of stroke were randomly divided into two groups,evidence-based group（n=108） received the evidencebased nursing care,while the control group（n=108） was treated with routine nursing.Results：There were statistically significant differences in motor function and ADL between both two groups（both P〈0.01）;The re-admission rate,complication rate and mortality were considerably lower in the evidence-based group than in the control group（P〈0.05 or〈 0.01）.Conclusion：Evidence-based nursing can increase the patient＇s motor function and daily living ability,and reduce the patient＇s readmission rate,complication rate and mortality.
