| 摘 要： | 观察１０例体外循环下心内直视手术得血清过氧化脂质及前列环素的变化。结果表明，体外循环开始后血清脂质过氧化产物丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）渐进性升高，各时期ＭＤＡ均显著高于其术前（Ｔ０）值，尤其再灌注后ＭＤＡ增加迅速，于再灌注后３０ｍｉｎ（Ｔ４）显著高于心肌缺血３０ｍｉｎ（Ｔ２）时值；而体外循环开始后血清前列环素急剧增加，于Ｔ２时达高峰。再灌注后前列环素值逐渐下降，Ｔ４时前列环素值显著低于Ｔ２时的值（Ｐ〈０．０

| Abstract: | The serum MDA and PGI 2 variations and their relationship were observed in 10 patients undergoing intracardiac surgery. The results show that serum MDA increased gradually and significantly after cardio pulmonary bypass (CPB) as compared with its pre operative value (T 0). A rapid MDA increase was observed after reperfusion. Serum MDA at reperfusion 30min (T 4) was evidently higher than that of ischemia 30min (T 2). Serum PGI 2 increased rapidly after CPB and peaked at T 2. However, PGI 2 gradually decreased after reperfusion 10min (T 3), which as reperfusion 30min (T 4), was decreased significantly (P<0 05). Serum MDA was negatively related to serum PGI 2 (r=-0 835) after reperfusion. The results suggest that inhibition of lipid peroxidation after myocardium reperfusion may, to some extent, increase serum PGI 2, and improve microcirculation. |
