摘    要:现代人对医疗服务质量的要求越来越高,医疗服务质量的内涵也逐渐被认识.目前我国医疗机构服务意识不强,医疗服务质量状况不尽人意.医疗行业存在的服务意识淡漠现象,有其社会和历史根源.加强服务意识,提高医疗服务质量应树立人本服务理念、创新服务方式、控制医疗费用、加强医疗服务质量的保证体系.

Abstract:Modem people had higher expectations for medical service quality,and the meaning of the medical qual- ity was gradually known.But the service consciousness of medical organization in China is not strong at present, and medical quality was not up to expectations.The indifferent attitudes in medical service were originated with so- ciety and historical reasons.It was important for medical organizations to strengthen service consciousness and im- prove medical quality.
