钛镍记忆合金牵张器结合ADM增高犬牙槽嵴的动态观察

摘    要:目的:观察牵张后犬下颌牙槽嵴高度的动态变化,探讨钛镍记忆合金牵张器结合脱细胞真皮基质(acellular dermal matrix,ADM)增高牙槽嵴后对牙槽嵴增高高度的影响。方法:健康成年雄性杂种犬12只牙槽嵴萎缩模型建成后,一侧行牵张手术,放入ADM及两个直径1.0mm、复形温度为33℃的"S"形牵张器;另一侧为对照侧,仅放入同样牵张器行牵张术,不放入ADM。术后1周、1个月、3个月拍摄X线片并分别测量下颌两侧牙槽嵴高度。结果:术后即刻实验侧和对照侧牙槽嵴增高高度无显著统计学差异。术后1、3个月对照侧牙槽嵴增高高度均高于实验侧。结论:ADM作为屏障膜,减缓牵张速度,延长牵张时间,在镍钛记忆合金牵张成骨过程中,是一种理想的引导骨组织再生(GBR)引导膜。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the dynamic changes of alveolar height after alveolar ridge augmentation with TiNi-SMA distraetor and ADM.Methods:12 adult healthy male dogs were selected.After the animal model of alveolar atrophy were set up,on one side of mandible,two"S"shape distraetors were placed.The diameter of"S"shape distractor was 1 mm. and the rebound temperature was 33℃.The ADM were placed on the distraction gap and were fixed by the feet of distractors.The other side were only placed with distraetors as coutrol.1 week,1 month and 3 mouths after distraction, The alveolar height of both sides were measured.Results:Right after the distraction ,alveolar height between experimental and control sides showed no difference.But the height in experimental sides became lower than controls 1 month and 3 mouths later.Conclusion:ADM may decrease the distraction rate,and balance the distraction resisting motive force.It is an ideal material for GBR on alveolar ridge agumentatiou together with TiNi-SMA distraction.
