摘    要:为了探讨氨基甲酸乙酯、水合氯醛和戊巴比妥钠3种麻醉剂对双毁髓蟾蜍在体心脏的心率及心肌收缩力的影响,进行了本研究.实验分为氨基甲酸乙酯、水合氯醛、戊巴比妥钠和生理盐水对照共4组.3种麻醉剂分别设高、低两种浓度,腹腔注射.记录给药前1 min,给药后5,10,15,20,25,30 min的心搏曲线.结果表明:这3种麻醉剂对心率和收缩力均有抑制作用.通过两种浓度的对比研究发现,高浓度较低浓度的氨基甲酸乙酯、戊巴比妥钠对心率和心肌收缩力抑制作用更大(P<0.05);而低浓度的水合氯醛对蟾蜍心肌收缩力的抑制作用比高浓度的大(P<0.05).结果提示:3种麻醉剂对在体心脏心率和心肌收缩力的影响,不是通过影响脑和脊髓内的心血管活动中枢而实现的,而是麻醉剂通过血液循环对心肌或心脏内的神经元的直接作用.

Abstract:To test the effects of three anesthetics(urethane,chloral hydrate,pentobarbital sodium) on the heart rate and cardiac contractility of heart in vivo of bufo bufo gargarizans.The animals were divided into urethane group,chloral hydrate group,pentobarbital sodium group and saline group.Each anesthetic solution was confected into two kinds,lower and higher concentration.The anesthetics were injected in the abdominal cavity of toad.The heart rate and cardiac contractility were recorded for one min before the anesthetics injected and recorded respectively for 5,101,5,20,25 and 30 min after the anesthetics injected.The results showed that the three anesthetics all inhabited the heart rate and cardiac contractility,but every anesthetic had its self-characteristic.The result of the research hints that the three anesthetics exerts their effects on the hearts straightly through the medicament action,but the body fluid factor or local neuronal circuit also assists with the modulation in heart activity.
